Con l'obiettivo di offrire ai nostri Clienti del segmento Aziende soluzioni tecnologiche sempre più vicine alle loro esigenze, in qualità di Digital Product Specialist avrai modo di creare e gestire prodotti digitali a 360° : concept, realizzazione, gestione ed evoluzione di servizi digitali in un contesto Agile e innovativo.
Responsabilità:
- Seguire le progettualità di onboarding digitale end-to-end del Cliente Azienda (dal piccolo operatore economico alle PMI), conoscere le sue esigenze transazionali (pagamenti, incassi, riconciliazioni movimenti, ecc.)
e di consulenza digitale attraverso il canale APP.- Contribuire alla definizione della strategia di proposition dei prodotti digitali (up-selling/cross-selling) con l'obiettivo di soddisfare tutte le esigenze di ciascun Cliente Azienda anche in ottica delle sue necessità di operare in "mobilità e real time";- Concepire e gestire progetti finalizzati ad aumentare il customer engagement (>M.A.U.)
e la proposizione taylor-made rivolta alla clientela digitale,- coordinare gruppi di lavoro multidisciplinari: specialist informatici di front end e back end, con il marketing e CRM, con gli organi di controllo (legale, privacy e compliance)- raccogliere e analizzare dati relativi agli orientamenti di mercato, bisogni del cliente e customer journey per guidare le scelte di prodotto digitale.
Requisiti:
- Percorso di laurea in Ingegneria gestionale/Informatica o economia con eventuale specializzazione su tematiche digitali, realizzazione di APP per Clienti Aziende, ecc.- Esperienza di 1/2 anni nella gestione di progetti di digitalizzazione di prodotti o servizi inerenti clientela aziende maturata in società di consulenza, start up o banche;- Interesse e curiosità per i trend del fintech;- Competenze di data analysis- Conoscenza di prodotti e servizi in ambito banking con focus sull'evoluzione digitale del mondo degli incassi e pagamenti e della monetica;- Competenze product management.
Modalità di lavoro: ibrida con smartworking e presenza física a Milano con disponibilità a trasferte a Biella.
