Stiamo cercando un/a **Guest Relations** che condivida i nostri valori: accoglienza, passione, e il desiderio di far sentire ogni ospite come a casa.
**Cosa farai con noi?
**
- Sarai il punto di riferimento per i nostri ospiti, assicurandoti che ogni loro richiesta venga soddisfatta con eccellenza.
- Garantirai un'esperienza personalizzata, anticipando le esigenze degli ospiti e fornendo soluzioni proattive.
- Ti occuperai del follow-up delle esperienze dei clienti, raccogliendo feedback e risolvendo eventuali problemi.
- Lavorerai a stretto contatto con i vari reparti per assicurare una comunicazione fluida e un servizio impeccabile.
- Fornirai raccomandazioni locali, assistendo gli ospiti nella pianificazione di attività e itinerari personalizzati.
**Com'è per noi il Roomie ideale?
**
- Hai almeno **1 anno di esperienza** in ruoli di Guest Relations o simili in hotel 4 o 5 stelle.
- Conosci il nostro PMS, **OPERA**?
Sarebbe fantastico
- Parli inglese fluentemente (un'altra lingua straniera è un bonus
).
- Sei appassionato/a di ospitalità e hai una grande voglia di crescere.
**Cosa ti offriamo?

- Contratto di sostituzione **di almeno 6 mesi**, con la possibilità di estensione.
