Siamo alla ricerca di una figura di Guest Relations Specialist che sia il primo sorriso per i nostri clienti e che contribuisca a farli sentire a casa e partecipi di un'esperienza unica.
**Quale sarà il tuo ruolo**:
- Accoglienza clienti al loro arrivo;
- Cura e attenzione al cliente durante la permanenza all'interno del locale;
- Gestione guardaroba.
- Accompagnamento dei clienti al tavolo riservato;
- Assistenza nella richiesta di informazioni;
- Assistenza al Responsabile di punto Vendita nell'organizzazione della sala, in base alle prenotazioni ed alle richieste pervenute.
Hai già una pregressa esperienza nel ruolo di almeno 3 anni in contesti similari (alta ristorazione o alberghi di lusso);
Hai una conoscenza molto buona della lingua inglese; se conosci anche una seconda lingua straniera è ancora meglio;
Sei totalmente customer oriented;
Hai spiccate doti sia organizzative che gestionali;
Abiti a Milano o nelle immediate vicinanze.
