Key job responsibilities
- Partner with hiring teams to build effective recruitment approaches and manage customer/partner expectations
- Manage and take care of the posting of new open positions, in order to create a pipeline of potential prospects
- Sift profiles for roles assigned, monitor applications, and progress candidates aligned with the basic qualifications
- Check and assess job requirements for both internal and external candidates
- Check candidate assessment and test results
- Manage administrative tasks for offer stage, on-boarding, and position closing
We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:
Milan, MI, ITA BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - A minimum of C1 level (CEFR) in English, and B1 level in Dutch.
- Experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment
- Relevant experience in Administrative/Corporate/Customer Service environment (such as but not limited to: data entry, managing data driven reporting, or ownership of detailed processes; solving problems whether related to customer queries or internal process issues) PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Strong organizational and negotiation skills, with a keen focus on delivering business results.
- Relevant experience of communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including your peers and leadership.
- Agency and/or corporate recruiting experience including sourcing or full life cycle recruiting (such as: developing creative approaches to sourcing candidates; building and driving talent sourcing initiatives)
