About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recruitment Associate to join our Amazon Stores EMEA Recruiting team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering against Amazon's hiring requirements and contributing to the growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring teams to develop effective recruitment strategies and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Manage the posting of new job openings and create a pipeline of potential candidates.
  • Sift through resumes, monitor applications, and progress candidates aligned with the basic qualifications.
  • Review job requirements for both internal and external candidates.
  • Assess candidate assessment and test results.
  • Manage administrative tasks for the offer stage, onboarding, and position closing.

Requirements

  • A minimum of C1 level (CEFR) in English and B1 level in Dutch.
  • Experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment.
  • Relevant experience in an administrative, corporate, or customer service environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and negotiation skills, with a focus on delivering business results.
  • Experience communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including peers and leadership.
  • Agency and/or corporate recruiting experience, including sourcing or full life cycle recruiting.
