Come Innovate Motion with Us Due to our rapid growth in the automotive industry, we are excited to announce a new position for an FP&A Manager at our Finance Hub in Asti, Italy. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for a wide range of financial analysis and reporting tasks on a European scale, contributing to our continued success and expansion.
Your responsibilities will be to: Lead the regional annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes by partnering with Operations, Supply Chain, Sales and other functional departments. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports, highlighting key performance indicators and financial metrics. Conduct detailed financial analysis, including profitability analysis, cost analysis and margin analysis to support strategic decision-making. Partner with Business Unit Controllers and Plant Controllers to explain key drivers of regional financial performance. Collaborate with Financial Data Science Team to adopt and utilize Power BI as a unified platform for business insights, modelling and scenario planning. Maintain and improve financial models and databases to support accurate and timely financial reporting. Our requirements: BSc or MSc degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting. 7-10 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis, preferably in the manufacturing industry. Proficiency in forecasting modeling and predictive analytics. Experience in using Business Intelligence platforms (such as Power BI) and ERP (such as Oracle, SAP). Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Business English. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
