As a highly skilled FP&A Manager at Johnson Electric Group, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial future of our organization. **Job Description:**

  • Lead regional annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes by partnering with Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, and other functional departments.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports highlighting key performance indicators and financial metrics.
  • Conduct detailed financial analysis, including profitability analysis, cost analysis, and margin analysis to support strategic decision-making.

**Requirements:**

  • BSc or MSc degree in Economics, Finance, or Accounting.
  • 7-10 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
  • Proficiency in forecasting modeling and predictive analytics.
  • Experience in using Business Intelligence platforms (such as Power BI) and ERP (such as Oracle, SAP).
