Due to our rapid growth in the automotive industry, we are excited to announce a new position for an FP&A Manager at our Finance Hub in Asti, Italy. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for a wide range of financial analysis and reporting tasks on a European scale, contributing to our continued success and expansion.
Your responsibilities will be to:
- Lead the regional annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes by partnering with Operations, Supply Chain, Sales and other functional departments- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports, highlighting key performance indicators and financial metrics- Conduct detailed financial analysis, including profitability analysis, cost analysis and margin analysis to support strategic decisions-making- Partner with Business Unit Controllers and Plant Controllers to explain key drivers of regional financial performance- Collaborate with Financial Data Science Team to adopt and utilize Power BI as unified platform for business insights, modelling and scenario planning- Maintain and improve financial models and databases to support accurate and timely financial reporting
Our requirements:
- BSc or MSc degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting- 7-10 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis, preferably in the manufacturing industry- Proficiency in forecasting modeling and predictive analytics- Experience in using Business Intelligence platforms (such as Power BI) and ERP (such as Oracle, SAP)- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities- Proficiency in Business English- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- High level of accuracy and attention to detail- Ability to lead and develop a team
