**Customer technical service - Cassolnovo (Pavia)**
**For our Cassolnovo plant, we are looking for a **Customer technical service (CTS)** - Aerosol sector.
**
The CTS employee is responsible for all packaging-related questions of the customer in connection with our products.
He/She forms the interface between the Trivium locations (technology, quality assurance, development) and the customer (especially quality assurance and packaging development).
The resource will carry out the following activities:
- Coordinating customer service and technical support activities so managing critical issues with the customer
- Participate in the management of complaints regarding all technical issues, until the closure of the same by the Management
- To ensure that technical assistance operations are carried out on the basis of the priorities set, providing, if necessary, the appropriate spare parts
- Managing planning and scheduling of interventions in accordance with the need to balance customer satisfaction objectives with the approved cost budget
- Coordinate the own interventions, and of the own team, with the Commercial Direction that remains the only responsible of the relationship with the customers
- Coordinating the activities of your staff
- Know perfectly our products, components and raw materials used to produce them
- Collaborating with Production Resp.
and Resp.
Quality and Quality managers in problem management
- Supervise and operate closely with the Sales and Quality Team
- Dealing with the managers of the other internal bodies as needed
- Liaise and liaise with the CTS Group Division
**Requirements**:
- It is preferable to have a technical diploma or mechanical engineering degree
- Fluent English
- Knowledge of the Office package (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Previous work experience in similar production contexts (packaging industry and/or in customer service)
- Leadership and teamwork skills
- Precision, sense of responsibility and ability to recognize and solve problems
- Good commercial skills
- Good communication skills internal and external
- Willingness to travel
