What will you be doing at Arrow Enterprise Solutions?
Developing, managing, and creating the relationship between the organization and suppliers, customers and/or vendors within their business group's specific technologies.
Assisting with the development and execution of strategy and business development.
Implementing business development initiatives to ensure execution to sales growth plans.
Driving results through demand identification and demand creation opportunities.
Leading stakeholder management sessions and keeping management abreast of potential issues by maintaining open lines of communication.
Collaborating with the sales team across geos to understand business trending and forecast.
Providing market intelligence; evaluating, developing, and managing market specific sales strategies and new strategic business opportunities.
Working closely with the marketing team to manage releases to customers, promotions, and advertising.
Collaborating with global marketing on defining go-to-market plans.
Monitoring the deployment of marketing and go-to-market actions against set KPIs.
Ensuring the sales and technical teams across geos are enabled with the go-to-market strategy.
This job profile requires the assignment and participation in a sales compensation plan.
A portion of OTE will be variable and tied to specific sales-related goals as set forth by Arrow.

12 years of experience in planning, directing, and executing a sales strategy in the IT industry.
Fluency in English.
Effective communication with people at all levels.
Ability to build and develop strategic business relationships.
Self-motivated with a hardworking and proactive approach.
