Gestire e ottimizzare il processo di prenotazione per tour, escursioni e pacchetti turistici. Sviluppare e implementare strategie di vendita per incrementare il numero di prenotazioni e i ricavi aziendali. Identificare nuove opportunità di mercato ed espandere la rete di partnership. Collaborare con i team interni per garantire la qualità dell'esperienza offerta ai clienti. Gestire il rapporto con i clienti, assicurando risposte rapide e un'elevata soddisfazione. Condurre analisi di mercato per identificare trend e opportunità di crescita. Monitorare i risultati di vendita e redigere report periodici sulla performance. Il candidato prescelto Requisiti :
Esperienza pregressa in ruoli di booking, vendite o sviluppo commerciale, nel settore turistico o dei viaggi. Conoscenza approfondita del mercato turistico locale e nazionale. Eccellenti capacità di negoziazione e comunicazione. Orientamento ai risultati e abilità nel lavorare per obiettivi. Ottime capacità organizzative e attenzione ai dettagli.
