Our relentless pursuit of excellence has been the cornerstone of our continuous success.We are in the process of scaling up our Display Programmatic operations to handle our growth, so we are looking for a Programmatic Campaign Manager to focus on our Crypto and iGaming products - both in terms of performance and our expansion into new markets, platforms and verticals.The main focus will be on the UK/US market, and you will be reporting directly to our Head of Media Buying.ResponsibilitiesDaily optimisation of campaigns, budget planning, and strategy recommendationsMonitor and react to changes in campaignsProduce ongoing reports that stakeholders can easily understand to show ongoing performanceImprove and automate workflows to make reporting and optimisations more efficient for the teamWork with designers to build amazing HTML5 banners that drive clicks and conversionsWork directly with Ad Networks to get better rates and increase ROASScope for new sites to experiment and organise direct dealsAssistance in the overall management of campaigns across different platformsRequirementsAt least two years experience using a large DSP (Ideally Adform, but also open to candidates with experience in DV360/TTD/Xandr/MediaMath)Plan and execute display programmatic and direct display campaigns with external partners across all regions/countriesStrong Google Sheets/Excel knowledgeBasic HTML knowledge to set up and test click tagsGood understanding of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and building basic reports in Google Data StudioExperience in Web3 would be a huge advantageSelf-motivated and highly organisedExcellent written and spoken skills in the English languageWithin 3 hours of GMT timezone (we're based in the UK)Benefits & RewardsA brilliant opportunity to grow your career & work with a fun, fast-paced & growing company, prepared to let you shineAn entrepreneurial environment where you learn more every day (we more than welcome and support people with their own projects)Build an organisation that continues to diversify its portfolioPersonal responsibility with a ton of autonomy33/30 free paid daysMarket leading remuneration and bonuses availableAn international team with over 35 nationalitiesFully remote working (work fully remotely and option for weekly coworker space)Additional benefits for permanent employees are available dependent on the locationWhat do we mean by "Fully Remote"Clickout Media offers you an unparalleled working experience.
