Per il potenziamento dell'organico, siamo alla ricerca di un/una Field Application Engineer .
Scopo della posizione è affiancare la forza vendite sul territorio di riferimento (che verrà approfondito in fase di selezione), promuovendo i prodotti software e incidendo sulla loro diffusione.
Di cosa ti occuperai, a titolo non esaustivo:
Affiancamento alla forza vendita e supporto nelle attività di promozione, consulenza e presentazione tecnica dei prodotti software (HMI, teleassistenza, controllo);
Svolgimento della formazione tecnica ai clienti sulle piattaforme software;
Supporto tecnico di primo livello nell'identificazione e soluzione di problematiche applicative a seguito di richiesta del Cliente;
Promozione attiva dei prodotti software.
Requisiti del ruolo:
Diploma o laurea ad indirizzo tecnico;
Esperienza di almeno 3 anni in realtà industriali con ruoli preferibilmente tecnico-consulenziali che prevedono relazioni con clienti;
Linguaggio di programmazione C#, concetti di SCADA, HMI (pannelli operatore), PLC, Visual Basic, conoscenze funzionali bus di campo e protocolli di comunicazione industriali;
Dimestichezza con la Suite Office;
Conoscenza della lingua inglese.
