We are a team of more than 1000 employees in 11 countries worldwide – a group of adventurers and dreamers, mountaineers, looking for their next peak.
The Brand Representative reports to the Sales Manager and is responsible for the management of the day-to-day activities of sales tasks in the assigned region (Lombardy) as well as for dealers/special deals, to implement the organization's wholesale commercial strategy. His/her tasks include the building and development of relationships with clients and partners to maximize the business interests, presentation, and technical explanation of the new collection to clients/wholesalers/Retail partners and collection of pre-orders, negotiation with existing and new strategic wholesalers.

Tasks & responsibilities
Implementation of the company strategic plans and programs designed for growth and profitability in the assigned area
Ensure high qualitative management of all dealers located in the assigned area with periodic/regular visits to achieve the defined sales targets, manage the in-store tasks, be the main point of contact, reinforce relationships, gain market share
Training of dealers' sales teams
Participation in the accurate implementation of the brand-building/positioning strategy and support of the trade-marketing team
Creation and development of new business opportunities through category expansion, partnerships, and promotions
Development of the online channels if the dealer has an e-com
Sales promotion and Brand Representation during public events
Salesman samples management (maintenance of the showrooms)
Management of objections, claims, cancellations, delays, etc.

Profile
5+ years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the outdoor or consumer goods industry
Understanding of outdoor industry and a personal interest in mountain / alpine sports is a must
Strong customer focus and knowledge of consumer branding, communication, and promotional techniques
In-depth knowledge and understanding of the sales process
Availability to travel frequently
Analytical approach
