We are seeking a highly motivated and organized International Customer Service Representative to join our team at Reusch International SpA - AG. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our international distributors, ensuring timely and efficient communication, and supporting them in all sales, supply chain, and marketing topics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for selected international distributors, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with distributors to define their collections and provide them with powerful marketing tools to enhance their sales efforts.
  • Process sales and purchase orders, follow up on payments and deliveries, and prepare presentations, offers, and meetings as needed.
  • Organize and maintain our showroom and sample collections, ensuring they are up-to-date and accurately reflect our product offerings.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to end consumers, dealers, and distributors, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Administration, International Business, Sport Management, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken (any additional language skills are a plus).
  • Experience working in international environments is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP systems, such as MS Dynamics Nav, are a plus.
