Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Synergie Italia S.p.a. in Bolzano, Italy. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries and issues related to vehicle rental services, including maintenance, insurance, and accidents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues: Respond to customer requests for assistance, investigate and resolve issues related to vehicle rental services, and provide solutions to customers.
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders: Collaborate with internal teams, including mechanics, car body shops, and other service providers, to resolve customer issues.
  • Provide excellent customer service: Ensure that all customer interactions are professional, courteous, and respectful, and that customer needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Meet performance targets: Meet or exceed performance targets, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.

Requirements:

  • Patent B: Possess a valid Italian driver's license (Patent B) to drive company vehicles.
  • Language skills: Fluency in Italian and excellent communication skills.
  • Technical skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office 360 and other relevant software applications.
  • Customer service skills: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Full-time contract: Initial contract for a fixed period, with the possibility of stabilization in the company.
  • Full-time schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 hours a day.
