About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Sales Representative to join our team at Iveco Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for coordinating with our Customer Service Sales Manager to prepare quotations for Integrated Logistics and In-Service Support packages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare quotations for Integrated Logistics and In-Service Support packages to support the fleets of vehicles manufactured by IDV and delivered to customers worldwide.
  • Support the IDV Vehicles Sales and Proposal Management teams in the preparation of complex and structured proposals involving the supply of after sales services along with the vehicles.
  • Evaluate the most cost-effective solution to offer based on each customer's requirements to ensure price competitiveness and adequate profitability.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the Sales and Integrated Logistics Support fields.
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Automotive engineering and technical background is preferable.
  • Background and practical knowledge of Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, Repairability and Testability disciplines is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work and integrate in a complex and multi-disciplinary environment.
  • Ability to report to and prepare dossiers for Top management.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work to targets.
  • Passion to achieve results.
  • Proactive approach.

Language Skills:

  • Solid professional knowledge of English (spoken and written) is required.
  • Good knowledge of one of the following languages is also desirable: French, Spanish, German, Arabic.

IT Skills:

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools, in particular Excel, Power Point, and Outlook.

Travel Requirements:

  • Candidates must be prepared to meet with clients and partners on a global basis and to undertake frequent short trips (typically up to a week) abroad.
