Job Summary
We are seeking an International Customer Service Representative to join our team in Bolzano, Italy. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our international distributors, supporting them in all sales, supply chain, and marketing topics.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the main contact person for selected international distributors, providing timely and effective support in all sales, supply chain, and marketing topics.
- Overtake daily communication with distributors, ensuring seamless coordination and collaboration.
- Help distributors define their collections and provide them with powerful marketing tools to drive sales and growth.
- Process sales and purchase orders, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment.
- Follow-up on payments and deliveries, maintaining strong relationships with distributors.
- Prepare presentations, offers, and meetings to support sales and business development efforts.
- Organize our showroom and supervise our sample collections, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
- Answer requests from end consumers, dealers, or distributors, providing prompt and effective support.
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master degree in Administration, International Business, Sport Management, or a related field.
- Fluent in English, written and spoken (any other language is a plus).
- Experience in international environments is a plus.
- Good knowledge in Excel is a plus.
- Experience with an ERP system (ideally MS Dynamics Nav) is a plus.
