Job Summary

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in generating new business opportunities by proactively identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound prospecting activities to identify and qualify potential customers.
  • Achieve daily and weekly quotas for calls, emails, and meetings booked.
  • Utilize CRM and sales enablement tools to manage sales activities and pipeline effectively.
  • Leverage prospecting tools to build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Utilize call recording tools to improve sales performance and coaching.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in CRM.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline effectively, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely reporting.
  • Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Extremely process-oriented and meticulous with follow-ups.
  • Fast-paced, dynamic, and entrepreneurial company.
  • Excellent people skills, including ability to build relationships, find customer pain points, apply solution selling actions, perform networking, and understand customer buying paths.
  • Good administrative skills, including planning and time management, updating CRM with latest status on leads and customer opportunities, risk forecasting and reporting.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other business tools to communicate and/or present professionally to customers.
  • Great communication skills, verbal and written, ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
