About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Technical Support Agent to join our team at Alpitronic. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Represent Alpitronic as the first point of contact for customers' requests, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries.
  2. Provide technical support to customers via various channels, including remote support and troubleshooting.
  3. Manage service support tickets, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience.

Requirements

  1. Excellent communication skills in English and Italian, with a strong ability to articulate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
  2. Independent and solution-oriented work style, with a strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
  3. Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
  4. Experience in customer service or technical support is highly desirable.
  5. Ability to work in a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
