About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Sales professional to join our team at Iveco Group. As a key member of our Sales and Proposal Management team, you will play a crucial role in coordinating with our Customer Service Sales Manager to prepare quotations for Integrated Logistics and In-Service Support packages.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare quotations for Integrated Logistics and In-Service Support packages to support the fleets of vehicles manufactured by IDV and delivered to customers worldwide.
  • Support the IDV Vehicles Sales and Proposal Management teams in the preparation of complex and structured proposals involving the supply of after sales services along with the vehicles.
  • Evaluate the most cost-effective solution to offer based on each customer's requirements to ensure price competitiveness and adequate profitability.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in the Sales and Integrated Logistics Support fields.
  • Negotiation skills are necessary.
  • An automotive engineering and technical background is preferable.
  • A background and practical knowledge of Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, Repairability and Testability disciplines is highly desirable.
  • The ability to work and integrate in a complex and multi-disciplinary environment is required.
  • The ability to report to and prepare dossiers for Top management is required.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work to targets.
  • Passion to achieve results.
  • A proactive approach is essential.
Language and IT Skills

A solid professional knowledge of English (spoken and written) is required. A good knowledge of one of the following languages is also desirable: French, Spanish, German, Arabic. Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools, in particular Excel, Power Point, and Outlook.

Mobility

Candidates must be prepared to meet with clients and partners on a global basis and to undertake frequent short trips (typically up to a week) abroad.
