Adecco Genova ricerca per azienda cliente operante nell'ambito dei trasporti marittimi,HR COST CONTROLLINGLa risorsa lavorerà all'interno dell'ufficio equipaggi e si occuperà di:-Gestire la rendicontazione mensile e trimestrale e relativo invio della documentazione agli uffici coinvolti-Registrazione di fatture-Raccolta e gestione documentazione relativa agli imbarchi e sbarchi-Elaborare ed esaminare i costi (relativamente agli imbarchi e sbarchi del personale)-Rapportarsi con l'equipaggio e il personale sia italiano che estero, agenzie di viaggi ed enti esterniRequisiti richiesti:-Titolo di studio: gradito diploma come perito nautico, accademia navale, o simili-Gradita esperienza pregressa in aziende operanti in ambito marittimo / navale /shipping-Buona conoscenza dell'inglese-Buona conoscenza del pacchetto office ed in particolare di ExcelCompletano il profilo buone doti relazionali e comunicative e attitudine a lavorare in Team.Tipologia di contratto: sostituzione di maternitàOrario: full time dalle 8:30 alle 17:00 con flessibilità in ingresso e in uscitaLuogo di lavoro: Genova centroDisponibilità oraria: Full Time#J-18808-Ljbffr
