La risorsa in particolare collaborerà in modo efficace con il suo team per:
• sviluppare nuove idee creative, proponendo nuovi format o attività di engagement rivolte agli agenti del Customer Solution Hub mantenendo sempre alto il focus, l'attenzione e la cura verso il cliente
• produrre contenuti multimediali per arricchire l'architettura editoriale del Customer Solution Hub anche attraverso sistemi di intelligenza artificiale
• sviluppare piani di comunicazione integrati per il lancio di progetti e iniziative aziendali
• preparare materiale e presentazioni rivolte al management

Requisiti

• Capacità editoriali, communication skills con particolare focus sulle dinamiche di costruzione e gestione di piani di comunicazione multicanale
• Attitudine all'innovazione e dimestichezza con canali di comunicazione digitali
• Creatività empirica
• Open mindset verso nuove forme di comunicazione, engagement e costruzione dei contenuti
• Capacità di lavorare in modo collaborativo, in un ambiente inclusivo e orientato al team working
• Capacità di video editing con Adobe Premier e/o Blackmagic DaVinci Resolve
• Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
• Laurea in discipline umanistiche
• Nice to have: conoscenza di sistemi AI, conoscenza di piattaforme grafiche quali Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator
