**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:
You will be part of the local HR Team based in BCG Milan office, taking part in our international Talent Management team that works across our EMC (East Mediterranean and Caspian) geography. You will support the talent management processes of the assigned cohorts, from their start in BCG to their career processes in the development of our Consulting Team.
The focus in your daily work will be on several HR topics, from collecting HR-related needs, taking part in career development plans, project staffing, etc., working on a daily basis with senior colleagues in your team.
**YOU'RE GOOD AT**:
Duties may include, but are not limited to the following:
- Understanding HR processes and procedures, interacting with both internal and external stakeholders;
- Supporting your core HR team processes, from an operational perspective;
- Distilling key messages from numerical data;
- Analyzing HR-related data and dashboards;
- Planning, organizing and following-up on short-term priorities;
- Interacting with senior colleagues and relevant stakeholders establishing a collaborative work environment.
**YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)**:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (a specialization in HR topics and/or previous HR experience will be considered as a plus);
- Excellent communications skills, both written and oral, in Italian and English;
- People-oriented approach, a strong attitude to be part of a people-oriented organization;
- Proactive and positive attitude;
- Attention to detail and accuracy;
- Good teamworking skills and ability to interact with different levels across the organization;
- Good organization and time management skills, with a strong orientation to high-quality results;
