The company moreover offers complementary services such as mortgage brokerage and collaborates regularly with main operators in the sector, including banks and real estate agencies. Originally founded in Milan by Giorgio Tinacci, from 2017 to date, Casavo has served almost 7,000 customers, raising over 800 million euros in equity and debt from some of the most renowned international investors.
**Role Summary**
Realistico is on the lookout for a proactive and customer-centric intern to enhance our B2B Account Management team. This role focuses on managing and nurturing client relationships, driving project initiatives, and optimizing our account management strategies to meet and exceed our business goals.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate closely with the B2B Manager and liaise with Product, IT, and Finance teams to enhance account management processes and ensure client satisfaction.
- Analyze and report on account metrics in relation to primary KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for enhanced account performance.
- Assist the B2B Manager in the formulation and execution of strategic projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and client retention.
**Requirements**:
- Fluency in both Italian and Spanish is essential to cater to our diverse client base.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships.
- Analytical and strategic thinker with a logical approach to problem-solving.
- Current enrollment or recently graduated from a university program in Business, Communications, or a related field.
