**About us**
Casavo is the European PropTech company that uses technology to simplify the real estate market. Thanks to its next-generation digital platform, Casavo matches home sellers’ needs with home buyers’ desires and offers a simple and transparent end-to-end experience.
The company offers a variety of personalized services for both home sellers and home buyers and has developed an inclusive model towards real estate stakeholders such as brokers, contractors and banks.
Founded in 2017 by Giorgio Tinacci, Casavo currently operates in Italy, Spain and France.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate closely with the B2B Manager, and internal stakeholders from the Product, IT, and Finance teams to streamline customer service processes and resolve issues;
- Prepare daily reports on customer interactions, ticket status, and key metrics for the B2B Sales Manager;
- Monitor and report on the service’s in relation to primary KPI’s;
- Support the B2B Manager in developing key projects focused on enhancing operational efficiency.
**Requirements**:
- Fluent in both Italian and Spanish, due to our diverse client base;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong orientation towards customer service;
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently;
- Analytical thinker with a logical approach to problem-solving;
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a university program related to Business, Communications, or a similar field.
