SENIOR TRADE MARKETING MEDSPA S.r.l., azienda leader nel settore della cosmeceutica e nutraceutica, ricerca una figura di SENIOR TRADE MARKETING per la sede di Milano.
La figura, a diretto riporto del Brand Director, entrerà a far parte del Team Marketing.
La MEDSPA è nata nel 2012 dall'unione di tradizione e innovazione di due generazioni.
La missione di MEDSPA è garantire il benessere e la possibilità di vivere a lungo nella migliore condizione fisica, dove la bellezza è diretta conseguenza di uno stato di salute ottimale.
L'espressione "Live Long, Live Healthy" riassume i valori e i capisaldi su cui MEDSPA affronta ogni giorno nuove sfide.
Per concretizzare la sua mission, l'azienda ha sviluppato due brand: Miamo e Nutraiuvens.
Attività e Responsabilità: Sviluppare progetti in ambito di servizi marketing sales per i clienti del canale farmacia e e-Retailer Ideare e sviluppare i materiali per il punto vendita, con l'obiettivo di elevare la user experience, ingaggiare il consumatore e favorire visibilità e sell-out Lavorare allo sviluppo di materiali POS per migliorare la visibilità nella farmacia Lavorare a stretto contatto con il team di comunicazione per aumentare la brand awareness sul punto vendita Monitorare i piani promozionali dei distributori e le attività della competition, analizzarne i risultati Progettare il Merchandising, ideare e realizzare l'allestimento di Cabine Estetiche Supporto nell'organizzazione di eventi trade nei punti vendita Sviluppo di progetti category ad hoc per i top clients Declinazione delle campagne marketing in offerte promozionali dedicate al consumatore Monitoraggio dei nuovi trend di mercato, in particolare nell'evoluzione del comportamento del consumatore Effettuare analisi di mercato Operare entro il budget assegnato Requisiti: Esperienza lavorativa di almeno 5 anni in aziende mediamente strutturate Esperienza almeno biennale in ruoli di Trade Marketing in aziende COSMETICHE / BEAUTY Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office Percorso accademico in ambito economico, preferibilmente con specializzazione in Marketing/Trade Marketing (Master/MBA) Creatività, proattività e curiosità Forte predisposizione all'analisi numerica Orientamento al consumatore finale Ottime doti comunicative e relazionali Spiccate capacità di problem solving Capacità di lavorare in un contesto molto dinamico e sfidante Inglese (scritto e parlato) Fluente Preferibile l'appartenenza alle categorie protette ai sensi della Legge 68/1999 La ricerca è rivolta a candidati di entrambi i sessi (L. 903/77).
