col-wideJob Description:Would you like to experience an unforgettable summer in a family-friendly environment where you'll find everything you love?Grand Palladium Siciliawants to give you the opportunity to join our team asResort Rooms Division Manager.Your mission will be to lead, plan, and monitor the various tasks and activities that arise from coordinating the Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Guest Service departments.We believe that everyone has something unique to offer… Join the Palladium team and discover itYour main responsibilities will be:Qualitatively directing, planning, and monitoring the set of tasks and activities that make up the Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Guest Service departmentsUnderstanding the rack in the PMS and controlling and knowing each hotel roomCoordinating and managing external companies collaborating with the hotelAchieving set objectives and motivating teams to work towards themAttending to all guests with problems or inconveniences that could not be resolved by the staff in chargeControlling costs of the various areas within your departmentManaging and controlling approved budgetsControlling and managing monthly and annual inventories of the departments in chargeCoordinating the Rooms Division departments with Maintenance (reporting and controlling issues that involve room blockages, prioritizing pending tasks...), F&B, and othersPromoting improvements in all departments under your charge to enhance resultsEnsuring the application and knowledge of the entire PHG documentation systemReceiving reports from Front Desk, Housekeeping, Guest Service, and Maintenance, and reporting to managementManaging and participating in periodic accommodation area meetingsUnderstanding and complying with the integrated quality, environment, and prevention policyKnowing the general company objectives and those specific to the establishment, disseminating them, and involving the staff in achieving themEnsuring maximum customer satisfaction during their stayHaving knowledge of hotel facilities and the destinationKeeping management informed of incidents and updatesKnowing and complying with established internal regulations and, in any case, acting in accordance with instructions received from superiors and professional knowledge of the jobDirecting, training, supervising, and planning the set of activities of the staff under your chargeConveying rules and instructions dictated by your hierarchical superiors and HeadquartersCollaborating with General Management and/or other departmentsWhat do we offer?:You will join Palladium Hotel Group, a Spanish company with international presence undergoing expansion, recognized for the fourth consecutive year as a Top Employer in Spain, Italy, Mexico, Dominican Republic, Brazil, and Jamaica.We offer a competitive salary policy, seasonal contracts, job stability, and training plans to provide opportunities for development and growth within the company at both national and international levels.You will be part of a dynamic, multicultural team with a winning mindset and composed of top professionals in the hospitality sector, keeping you updated with the latest trends in your area and the industry.REQUISITOS MÍNIMOSTo be a good fit, you should have:University degree in Tourism or a related fieldMinimum of 3 years of experience in a similar positionHigh proficiency in Italian and English, basic knowledge of Spanish.
