Your expertise :More than 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, managing complex projects with SAP backgroundExperience in Supply Chain Execution (EWM, TM, Yard) and/or Supply Chain Planning (IBP, SAC) and/or S/4HANA as a SAP Project Manager and/or Senior Consultant is a strong advantageProficiency in Project Management methodology, project planning tools, and techniques; Waterfall and Agile methodology required.Proficiency in Project Planning with the ability to work with a project team to create a detailed project plan and resource plan from rough order of magnitude documentationExcellent relationship-building and networking skills and the ability to function successfully in a team environmentExcellent communication and presentation skills in Italian and English (other languages such as German, French, Spanish are an advantage)Readiness to travel if project tasks require itRole & Responsibilities :Develop and maintain IT project plans including work breakdown structures, project milestones, critical path analyses, risk assessment and management plans, cost/benefit analyses, staffing plans, project timelines, and project budgetsSet deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize the progress of projectsPrepare project status reports for upper managementDrive decisions to ensure the success of projects taking into account timing, risk, functional requirements, and business benefitsWhat we offer :Our great company culture: we see employees as partners and associates, not just resourcesTeam Spirit makes the difference: People working together, drawing on one another's skills and experiences, learning from diversity and team collaborationIndividual-centric career path and growth opportunitiesTraining and development opportunitiesInternational exposureSmall-to-medium-sized, international, multi-disciplinary teamsFlexible working hours and hybrid working modelInterested in applying right away?
