Come IT Contract and Procurement Manager, garantirai una gestione dei contratti efficiente e conforme, nonché una procedura di procurement ottimale all'interno del contesto IT.
In particolare ti occuperai di: Elaborare, negoziare e redigere contratti per l'Application Maintenance, l'acquisto di software e hardwareAssicurare la conformità legale e normativa di tutti i contratti stipulatiCollaborare con il team dei project manager IT per definire requisiti e specifiche di procurementGestire gare, RFP (Request for Proposal) e processi di selezione fornitoriCondurre negoziazioni con fornitori per ottenere condizioni contrattuali vantaggioseCollaborare con il team legale per risolvere eventuali questioni legali nelle trattativeFavorire uno scambio di informazioni tra il team legale e il team dei project manager ITCoordinare il team di Procurement nella gestione dello scadenziario contratti e revisione dei processi di acquisto della Direzione Digital and ITInviaci la tua candidatura soprattutto se hai: Esperienza comprovata di almeno 7 anni nella gestione contrattuale e nelle attività di procurement nel settore ITConoscenza approfondita delle leggi e delle normative legate ai contratti ITAbilità di negoziazione e capacità di gestire relazioni con i fornitoriEsperienza nell'organizzazione ed innovazione dei processi e sistemi di IT ProcurementEccellenti competenze comunicative e capacità di collaborare efficacemente con team multidisciplinariOrientamento al risultato e capacità di gestire più progetti contemporaneamenteUna laurea in Giurisprudenza, Ingegneria Gestionale o Economia e un'ottima conoscenza della lingua ingleseIn OVS SpA troverai un'azienda strutturata, un ambiente dinamico e fortemente orientato al risultato.
