Mechanical Design Engineer

Si occuperà della ricerca, sviluppo e progettazione delle componenti meccaniche dei prodotti elettronici dell'azienda al fine di raggiungere gli obiettivi produttivi prefissati.
Contribuirà all'implementazione di nuovi strumenti e sistemi di sviluppo e al costante miglioramento delle linee guida per la progettazione.

Attività:
• Partecipa alla verifica delle richieste tecniche del cliente ed alla definizione delle specifiche di progetto.
• Realizza concept preliminari di nuovi prodotti.
• Si occupa del dimensionamento dei particolari meccanici (principalmente plastiche, pressofusi e lamierati) applicando i principi di design for assembly.
• Gestisce la relazione coi fornitori tramite DFM.
• Realizza la documentazione relativa al progetto meccanico quali disegni e specifiche dei particolari curandone la manutenzione e l'aggiornamento.
• Collabora con gli enti preposti per l'ottimizzazione dell'industrializzazione e il miglioramento continuo del prodotto.
• Collaborazione con altri enti per la realizzazione della FMEA.
• Collaborazione con enti, anche esterni, per l'interpretazione e implementazione degli input provenienti dalle simulazioni FEM e CFD.

Requisiti:

La Risorsa ideale ha maturato esperienza professionale anche minima nella progettazione di assiemi meccanici costituiti da componenti realizzati, principalmente, in pressofusione, iniezione plastica e piegatura lamiera.

•Laurea di I o II livello in Ingegneria Meccanica o Meccatronica.
•Conoscenza del software per il disegno CAD 2D e 3D (preferibile in CATIA).
•Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese funzionale alla gestione di comunicazioni di servizio con clienti e fornitori.
•Costituirà carattere preferenziale l'esperienza pregressa nella progettazione meccanica di prodotti elettronici di potenza.
