Main Responsibilities Planning & Budgeting: consolidates Group budget plans from Country/Business lines cost center to breaks down into defined allocation supporting C-Level Managers with budget/plans definition and adjustmentsBudget review & Forecasting: consolidates Group' business forecasts and develops periodical updatedFinancial reporting: provides with standard and ad hoc reports on core financial data to facilitate management decisions, supporting with qualitative comments on financial dataFinancial reporting: analyses Group forecast and trends in order to highlighting in advance risks of variance from targets to managementControlling process improvement: guarantees the alignment of all Countries business controlling activities (planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting…) to controlling requirements and principles of the GroupControlling process improvement: improves budgeting, forecasting and reporting processes, addressing Group and business Manager's needsProvides scenarios/business case, in-depth business analyses, reports and proposes initiatives to meet plan and create business opportunitiesEnsures the data reliability of all Group reporting in terms of accuracy, quality and timing - shares best practicesImproves a culture of business partnership between Finance community and within the teamIs responsible for the management and development of the Regional and HQ Controllers, ensuring high levels of staff retention and productivityManages the Performance appraisal of around 10 direct reports, setting goals and KPIs and monitoring their achievement Requirements Must have Bachelor's degree in accounting or financeAt least eight years business controlling experienceBackground in a multinational GroupAbility to drive decision makingStrategic InfluenceQuickness and responsivenessFluent English knowledge Nice to have International operations experience a plusServices company experience nice to have Workplace Milan
