Job descriptionPer la Divisione Navi Mercantili, dedicata alla progettazione e alla costruzione di navi da crociera, stiamo ricercando una figura di Buyer da inserire nel team Acquisti. L'ufficio ha il compito di gestire l'acquisto di materiali e/o prestazioni per soddisfare i fabbisogni emessi dalle Unità Organizzative competenti.
AttivitàLa risorsa sarà responsabile di seguire i progetti di acquisto e le negoziazioni di acquisto, in particolare si occuperà delle seguenti attività:
Negoziare ed emettere gli ordini, acquisire le relative conferme e gestire eventuali modifiche dei contratti;Supervisionare l'operatività delle strategie d'acquisto elaborate d'intesa con la Direzione Procurement;Contribuire a implementare le strategie di gestione del parco fornitori e le conseguenti ricerche di mercato con l'obiettivo di ottimizzare e razionalizzare le scelte a vantaggio della competitività e qualità del prodotto nave fornito;Supportare il PM team e gli Stabilimenti affinché l'adempimento dei contratti/ordini avvenga nel rispetto delle procedure aziendali vigenti;Introdurre nei contratti gli aggiornamenti delle norme legislative relative all'attività di approvvigionamento;Definire le politiche d'acquisto e le condizioni di pagamento ai fornitori al fine di ottimizzare i costi d'approvvigionamento;Partecipare alle attività di valutazione/qualifica dei fornitori e alle visite necessarie a tal fine. RequisitiLaurea in Ingegneria, Economia o facoltà scientifiche.Esperienza non inferiore ai 5 anni maturata in ruoli analoghi in società operanti nel settore industriale e di prodotto.Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e parlata.Completano il profilo caratteristiche quali: sensibilità economica, capacità di pianificazione, orientamento ai risultati, capacità di analisi, attenzione al cliente, attitudine al team-working, curiosità.
