**Customer Service Agent - German**
Our Customer Service is looking for a Customer Service Agent
The team offers assistance in seven languages, accompanying customers throughout the entire shopping experience in order to understand and satisfy every need.
The figure will assist customers with all requests and needs during their shopping experience and will be in charge of back-end activities and monitoring orders shipment tracking.

- Ability to work in a team
- Excellent written and spoken knowledge of English, Italian and German languages (C1/C2)
- Work experience with customers in the luxury market
- E-commerce experience
- Good problem-solving skills
**What we offer**:
Full-time employment with a commercial contract
Work week: Monday to Friday
23.000-26.000
