Manage the client relationship through effective communication, problem solving, and responsiveness.
Provide leadership for your direct report and help nurture their development.
Work with our cross functional teams to collaborate on plan structure and implementation.GLOBAL COORDINATION: work with our markets around Europe for the delivery of client needs.
Implement existing processes and workflows while keeping our teams accountable for the tasks asked of them.
Brief local teams on campaigns and provide guidance on what is expected of them for each brief.
Communicate effectively with teams by leading regular meetings to foster strong relationships.CLIENT LEADERSHIP: become a trusted partner for our client by fostering a strong relationship through strong communication and collaboration.
Take ownership of the brand and provide value for the client through a hands on approach.
Have a firm understanding on campaign planning elements such as: briefings, responses, role of media, reporting, results in order to guide client discussions.ATTENTION TO DETAIL: be responsbile for managing all aspects of the brand globally, from plan development to budget tracking and campaign results.
Be organized and process driven person, keeping track of plans and briefs, while also managing deadlines.
