Regional Sales Manager

Main Purpose of Job - Lead the TMTI franchise (MitraClip & TriClip) for the assigned Region, coordinating the regional field force team.
Key Responsibilities Under the supervision of the Division Manager, develop and implement strategies for the assigned Region to meet annual sales target, budget and market share goals.Support introduction of new SH technologies in the market, leading new therapies adoption and growth.Coordinate the regional field force team in executing selling process, clinical activities (including cases support and screening), therapy development and marketing campaigns.Manage negotiations and tenders, monthly/quarterly forecasts, reporting, market trend and competitive analysis.Cultivate relationships with customers, KOLs and all the relevant external stakeholders.Closely work in cooperation with internal functions (Marketing, Medical Affair, Health Economics, Tender, Customer Service).Act in compliance with applicable procedures and policies.Education Required 10+ years of related work experience.
Skills and Experience Good knowledge of English (listening and writing).Presentation Skills.Building Relationship.Ethical Conduct.Results Driven, Strategic acumen and People Management.
