We are now looking for an Offering Manager Service to join our team in Piove di Sacco, Italy
What kind of work will you be doing? Own the entirety of the service offering lifecycle including, ideation, planning, business case development, launch, sustaining, and End of Life.Adept in go-to-market strategy and financial management.Analyzing crucial success drivers against key market and customer expectations to architect commercial strategies to enable success and revenue growth.Identifying new commercial opportunities that support business development and create business cases inclusive of revenue production and revenue support.Provide subject matter expertise and market direction for assigned service products and general data center industry.Work with Sales Analytics team to develop KPIs and dashboards to track program success.Be a thought leader for assigned offerings both internally and externally.Work with the Portfolio team to align messaging and product direction with the full offering portfolio.Contribute to the global portfolio product strategy and go-to-market plans.Prepare and deliver presentations, train the trainer content, product demos, and develop sales enablement tools.Act as a sales escalation point for complex customer opportunities.Attend tradeshows, visit customers and meet with partners to ensure an accurate voice of customer is heard in all product plans.What will make you successful? Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical degree.MBA and prior consulting, strategic planning or product marketing preferred.At least 5 years in technical product/services marketing, strategic planning, marketing or directly related experience.Deep marketing experience with strong VoC knowledge.Strong knowledge of relevant customer segments and thermal management business.Technical expertise to translate customer needs/pain points to solutions.Strong written/oral communication, especially in communicating customer needs.Strong relationship management skills.Very strong research and analytical skills.Commercial acumenIf YOU are the person we are looking for, feel free to apply and let's start drafting your future career in a healthy and growing environment.
