They are passionate about empowering individuals and healthcare professionals with cutting-edge technology.This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Sales Manager to join a dynamic team in Italy. You will play a key role in driving sales growth and profitability.Responsibilities Collaborating with the Country Manager to implement the commercial strategy, ensuring both revenue and profitability goals are met.Dedicating 50% of your time to mentoring and coaching the sales team, fostering their skills and expertise.Establishing sales objectives for assigned regions, develop annual sales quotas, and forecast sales volume and profit for existing and new products.Leading the implementation of a Sales Force Effectiveness program, improving sales reporting structure and financial reporting formats to provide insightful data analysis.Conducting strategic account reviews to uncover potential for growth and market expansion.About You A seasoned sales leader with a minimum of 5+ years of success managing teams within the molecular diagnostics field.Proven experience in launching and commercialising a broad portfolio of products.Strong business development skills, with excellent interpersonal and presentation abilities.A self-starter with a strong sense of initiative.Willingness to travel extensively (40-50% of the time).If you are interested in the above role then please apply or get in touch to discuss further.
