The Mall Luxury Outlets is currently seeking a Key Account with main focus on East European and CIS countries who will join our dynamic Tourism Marketing EMEAI Team in Sanremo.Job Description Your opportunity The Mall Luxury Outlets is a retail brand whose core business is to operate exclusive outlet villages dedicated to luxury brands only. Currently running two luxury outlet villages in Italy, The Mall Sanremo and The Mall Firenze, the brand keeps developing its business in a multichannel and international perspective. The mission of TMLO business is to offer our guests exclusive amazing experiences to best valorize the time they spend in our villages and their shopping. Thanks to the collaboration network we keep developing with all the best players of luxury hospitality in the world, our malls are a destination for millions of high-profile guests coming from overseas as well as from the local area. We work every day driven by a deep passion to offer to our tenants the most exclusive luxury environment and services to best valorize their off-price sales.
How you will contribute Support Tourism Marketing Manager and Tourism Marketing Coordinator in defining the short and medium-term strategy to develop the incoming flows of qualitative visitors to our mallsOrganize sales calls and B2B Trips/Meetings, B2B/B2C events to enhance the collaboration with relevant partners and develop new relations with potential new collaboratorsAttend Tourist Exhibitions and Workshops to promote The Mall Luxury Outlets brand, taking care of the follow upIdentify suitable stakeholders of luxury hospitality (e.g. Hotels, Luxury Private Villas, Concierge Services, Tour Operators, DMC, Travel Agencies, Yacht and Golf Clubs, OTA's, Tourist Networks, Air Companies, etc.) to develop new collaborations and roll out an effective plan to best exploit the target marketDevelop and manage the relationships with DMC in Italy and Cote D'Azur to address visitors to our mallsAnalyze the market and tourists flow trends to better address and update the development of the related businessTake care of the reservations of the visits, organize and welcome familiarization tripsCollect and address needs and requests of hotels, tour operators and customers, assuring them a unique luxury shopping experience at our mallsPrepare periodic reports and analysis on achieved results and market trendsCreation and development of Travel Packages and Experiences in order to promote travel destinations of our MallOrganize Business to Client experiential events focusing on promoting The Mall Luxury Outlets offer and the surrounding touristic destinations Who you are Proficient in Russian language, Fluent speaker in English and ItalianA professional with previous working experience in the luxury tourism industry as Incoming Tour Operator, Front Office Agent at Hôtellerie, Sales Agent, Reservation Agent, or similar positionsA professional with excellent commercial awareness and customized communication skills, able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environmentEmpathic person, able to easily build up interpersonal relationshipsPassionate and enthusiastic person, with never ending energy and positive attitudeAn expert in using MS Office Suite and social mediaAvailable to travel frequentlyProven organizational skills and project management attitude will be considered as a plusWhy work with us?
