Director, Strategy Integration - Italy & AlbaniaThis role is responsible for supporting and positively challenging the IT&A FO in implementing the commercial strategy and developing actionable insights at market level. You will be accountable for localizing OU strategy and integrating insights and projects from the network.

What You'll Do for Us: Identify key business opportunities, assess rights to win against them, build strategies and engage decision makers via compelling storytelling.Support localization of OU strategy into the market by leading the ABP process with the bottler, starting from working on prioritization of opportunities, developing the process and coordinating the work.Set up and deliver advanced competitive intelligence agenda, leveraging the network (OU, Global, Bottler, external) & making sure we land at actionable insights that help us build a competitive advantage.Lead/Orchestrate holistic performance management agenda with the bottler and network functions to track and course-correct our plan delivery in a 360 way.Support effective prioritization of FO focus areas and development of the OKRs.Contribute to capabilities development in the broader network team. Qualifications & Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business or Behavioural Science.Desirable Post Graduate qualification.Ideally a background in Management Consulting of FMCG (including Category Management, Shopper Analytics, Market Research, ...).Essential experience: Significant experience of Business and/or functional experience in Research/Strategy/Analytics related areas. Soft skills: Strategic thinking: integrate diverse business insights and connecting the dots to develop holistic approaches and solutions.Excellent analytical skills, Problem framing and -solving: ability to structure and coordinate / lead cross functional complex analysis, initiatives, or efforts.Prioritization: prioritize through a pragmatic fact-based approach, handling trade-offs, balancing immediate and long-term priorities.Stakeholder management: identify, influence, align and engage key stakeholders - across various functions and seniority levels.Synthesis and storytelling: Communicate with, influence and convince senior stakeholders through a structured, fact base and action-oriented storytelling.
