About the Role

This is a key position within Coca-Cola HBC that requires a strong strategic thinker to support the implementation of the commercial strategy and develop actionable insights at market level. The successful candidate will be accountable for localizing the company's strategy and integrating insights and projects from the network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify key business opportunities and assess the potential for growth, developing strategies to engage decision-makers and drive business results.
  • Support the localization of the company's strategy into the market by leading the ABP process with the bottler, prioritizing opportunities, developing the process, and coordinating work.
  • Establish and deliver advanced competitive intelligence agendas, leveraging the network to provide actionable insights that drive business advantage.
  • Lead holistic performance management agendas with the bottler and network functions to track and course-correct plan delivery.
  • Support effective prioritization of focus areas and development of OKRs.
  • Contribute to capabilities development in the broader network team.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business or Behavioural Science.
  • Desirable Post Graduate qualification.
  • Ideal background in Management Consulting or FMCG, with experience in Category Management, Shopper Analytics, Market Research, and related areas.
  • Essential experience: Significant experience in Business and/or functional experience in Research/Strategy/Analytics related areas.
  • Soft skills:
    • Strategic thinking: integrate diverse business insights and develop holistic approaches.
    • Excellent analytical skills, problem framing, and problem-solving.
    • Prioritization: prioritize through a pragmatic fact-based approach.
    • Stakeholder management: identify, influence, align, and engage key stakeholders.
    • Synthesis and storytelling: communicate with, influence, and convince senior stakeholders.
