About the Role

This is a key position within Coca-Cola HBC that requires a strong strategic thinker to support the implementation of the commercial strategy and develop actionable insights at market level. The successful candidate will be accountable for localizing the company's strategy and integrating insights and projects from the network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify key business opportunities and assess the potential for growth, developing strategies to engage decision-makers and drive business results.
  • Support the localization of the company's strategy into the market by leading the ABP process with the bottler, prioritizing opportunities, developing the process, and coordinating work.
  • Establish and deliver advanced competitive intelligence agendas, leveraging the network (OU, Global, Bottler, external) to provide actionable insights that drive business advantage.
  • Lead and orchestrate holistic performance management agendas with the bottler and network functions to track and course-correct plan delivery.
  • Support effective prioritization of focus areas and development of OKRs.
  • Contribute to capabilities development in the broader network team.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business or Behavioural Science.
  • Desirable Post Graduate qualification.
  • Ideal background in Management Consulting or FMCG (including Category Management, Shopper Analytics, Market Research,...).
  • Essential experience: Significant experience in Business and/or functional experience in Research/Strategy/Analytics related areas.
  • Soft skills:
    • Strategic thinking: integrate diverse business insights and connect the dots to develop holistic approaches and solutions.
    • Excellent analytical skills, problem framing and -solving: ability to structure and coordinate / lead cross-functional complex analysis, initiatives, or efforts.
    • Prioritization: prioritize through a pragmatic fact-based approach, handling trade-offs, balancing immediate and long-term priorities.
    • Stakeholder management: identify, influence, align, and engage key stakeholders – across various functions and seniority levels.
    • Synthesis and storytelling: communicate with, influence, and convince senior stakeholders through a structured, fact-based, and action-oriented storytelling.
