About the Role

This is a key position within Coca-Cola HBC that requires a strong strategic thinker to support and challenge the IT&A FO in implementing the commercial strategy and developing actionable insights at market level. The successful candidate will be accountable for localizing OU strategy and integrating insights and projects from the network.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Identify Key Business Opportunities: Assess rights to win against them, build strategies, and engage decision makers via compelling storytelling.
  2. Support Localization of OU Strategy: Lead the ABP process with the bottler, starting from working on prioritization of opportunities, developing the process, and coordinating the work.
  3. Develop Advanced Competitive Intelligence: Leverage the network (OU, Global, Bottler, external) to make sure we land at actionable insights that help us build a competitive advantage.
  4. Lead Holistic Performance Management: With the bottler and network functions, track and course-correct our plan delivery in a 360 way.
  5. Support Effective Prioritization: Of FO focus areas and development of the OKRs.
  6. Contribute to Capabilities Development: In the broader network team.
Qualifications and Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business or Behavioural Science.
  2. Desirable Post Graduate qualification.
  3. Ideally a background in Management Consulting of FMCG (including Category Management, Shopper Analytics, Market Research,...).
  4. Essential experience: Significant experience of Business and/or functional experience in Research/Strategy/Analytics related areas.
