Job Description:

As a key member of the dentsu team, the Client Director will be responsible for delivering innovative and ambitious solutions that balance client and agency values. This will involve working closely with colleagues and clients to build strong relationships and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver strategic solutions that meet client needs and drive business growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Manage team to ensure they deliver outstanding client service
  • Immerse self and team in clients' business to understand their challenges and objectives
  • Use account plans to stimulate and track future work
  • Manage resources effectively to ensure business is run profitably
  • Improve client satisfaction to expand existing revenue streams and build new ones

Person Specification:

  • At least 10 years of experience in international agencies/projects
  • Fluent English, spoken and written
  • Excellent organizational and relational skills
  • Knowledge of current trends and innovations in creativity, media and CXM and their application to luxury clients
  • Previous management of a luxury and fashion client
  • Proactive and collaborative attitude
