About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Client Solutions Lead to join our team at Dentsu. This role offers a unique opportunity for an ambitious professional to take on a challenging position that requires strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and excellent leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients, working closely with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery.
- BUILD STRONG CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS as a trusted advisor with senior client stakeholders, driving growth and retention through deep understanding of their business challenges and objectives.
- Deepen relationships with clients to ensure long-term success, focusing on delivering value through tailored solutions and exceptional service.
- LEAD AND DEVELOP A TEAM of professionals who share your passion for delivering outstanding client service, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Stay ahead of the curve by immersing yourself and your team in clients' businesses, understanding their challenges, objectives, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Develop and manage account plans to drive future growth, allocating resources effectively to achieve business objectives.
- Understand and work within the client's commercial framework to ensure profitable growth, collaborating with senior leadership to inform business decisions.
- Drive client satisfaction and loyalty through proactive relationship management, identifying opportunities to expand existing revenue streams and build new ones.
- Manage forecasting systems to accurately track spend and progress, ensuring timely and informed decision-making.
- At least 10 years of experience in international agencies or projects, with a proven track record of delivering successful client campaigns.
- Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken.
- Excellent organizational and relational skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Knowledge of current trends and innovations in creativity, media, and CXM, and the ability to apply this expertise to luxury clients.
- Previous management experience of a luxury and fashion client, with a deep understanding of their needs and preferences.
- A proactive and collaborative attitude, with a passion for delivering outstanding results and exceeding client expectations.
As a Strategic Client Solutions Lead at Dentsu, you can expect a competitive salary of approximately $120,000 per annum, based on your experience and qualifications.
