Strategic Business Development Lead Amazon EU Partnerships

We are seeking an exceptional Strategic Business Development Lead to join our dynamic team at Engineeringuk in Amsterdam, Netherlands. As a key member of our Amazon EU Partnerships team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development across the European region.
About the Role:
- Leverage your expertise to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships with leading B2B companies, including eProcurement system providers, invoicing solutions, consulting firms, trade associations, and travel and expense management software vendors.
- Nurture existing relationships and expand them to drive revenue growth for Amazon Business.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute joint sales and go-to-market programs across different EU regions.
- Develop and manage partner revenue targets, working closely with Amazon Business sales organizations in EU to achieve or exceed goals.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution; technical, business, or marketing degrees preferred.
- Fluent command of English both written and verbally.
- 3+ years of experience working within the procure-to-pay community, with a deep understanding of the B2B ecosystem.
- Strong program and project management skills, with a proven track record of successfully owning, driving, and managing partnerships and/or Global Enterprise Accounts against quarterly targets.
- Strong analytical capability and writing skills to frame opportunities and report on activities and results.
Salary Range: €80,000 - €120,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
