At Amazon, we are on a mission to be the world's most customer-centric company. As a Senior Business Partnership Development Manager for Amazon Business in the EU region, you will play a crucial role in building and executing our partnership strategy to drive growth and expansion in this rapidly evolving market.

We are seeking an experienced business development executive with a talent for stakeholder management and relationship-building. This individual will enjoy developing broad and strong relationships with external organizations and other parts of Amazon to identify opportunities to grow Amazon Business. External B2B organizations may include eProcurement system providers, invoicing solutions, consulting firms that undertake procurement-related work, trade associations, and travel and expense management software vendors.

This role involves identifying technology and commercial opportunities with partners, defining business cases to justify investment where required, and driving rapid progress from the team in executing against these opportunities. You will work closely with a select group of new and existing partners to define and execute joint sales and Go-to-Market (GTM) programs in different EU regions.

Key responsibilities include engaging assigned partners and their end customers to create and drive revenue opportunities for Amazon Business, setting and managing partner revenue targets, and working with Amazon Business sales organizations in the EU to achieve/exceed goals. Additionally, you will manage a pipeline of partnership opportunities associated with assigned partner programs and solutions, understand the technical requirements of our partners, and work closely with the internal development team to guide the direction of our product offerings and joint partner solutions.

You will also collaborate with and influence sales, marketing, product managers, and other internal stakeholders, prepare and give quarterly business reviews to the senior management team, and manage complex contract negotiations and serve as a liaison to the legal group.

In terms of qualifications, we are looking for candidates with a university degree from a reputable institution, preferably in a technical, business, or marketing field. Fluency in English is essential, both written and verbally, and experience working within the procure-to-pay community, with a deep understanding of the B2B ecosystem, is highly desirable. Commercial negotiation skills and strong program and project management skills are also essential.

A salary range of €70,000-€110,000 per annum, depending on experience, is offered for this position, reflecting the level of expertise and responsibility involved.
