Job Title: Strategy Director
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Strategy Director to join our team at Publicis Worldwide. As a key member of our strategic team, you will be responsible for developing integrated brand strategies and creative briefs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contributing to the development of integrated brand strategies and creative briefs;
- Architecting communication strategies, campaign tasks, and measurement planning to drive behavior change;
- Working on new business pitches with creative and account teams;
- Collaborating with account and creative teams, as well as external and media partners, to develop comms initiatives that drive successful campaigns;
- Mentoring and line managing less experienced team members to help them grow.
Requirements:
- 8-10 years of experience with ATL, BTL, Digital, Social campaigns in international agencies and/or for international brands;
- A proven track record of implementing holistic communications planning strategies across channels;
- Knowledge of brand planning and user-centred design methodologies, such as journeys and experience planning;
- A level of professional knowledge and capability necessary to do the job, with motivation to continue learning and sharing knowledge.
