As a key member of our Olympic and Paralympic Games project, you will be responsible for driving commercial sales and business development strategy for a host of clients, including corporate buyers, HNWI, Sub-Distributors, Stakeholders, and sponsors.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of custom programs and packages.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver customized solutions that meet client requirements and objectives.
- Manage and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Olympic Movement, including its history, values, and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Development, Account Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in a management position, preferably in a B2B role or within the travel and hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships and managing complex corporate accounts.
