Director of Development Italy

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as Director Development Italy. As a key member of our Motel One Head Office, you will be responsible for identifying new projects and opportunities for our brands in Italy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for Motel One and The Cloud One Hotel brands in Italy.
- Build and maintain relationships with property owners, developers, investors, and consultants in Italy.
- Analyze and negotiate new developments and conversion opportunities.
- Represent the company externally as our brand ambassador in Italy.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in the Italian property market, e.g., as a developer, consultant/broker, or with a hotel group.
- A strong network of contacts in the property sector.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to win over decision-makers.
- A can-do attitude, energy, and a deal-oriented approach.
- Based in Milan, with regular travel throughout Italy.
